PH657 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you ("Player") and PH657 ("we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the PH657 online gaming platform at ph657.vu. Please read them carefully before you create an account or place any bet or wager.

PH657 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use a PH657 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts are not allowed. If we identify duplicate accounts registered to the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any pending transactions voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, and at any point we determine it necessary, PH657 will request identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID. Verification is completed within a reasonable timeframe after submission of valid documents. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. PH657 uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect your account, but you remain responsible for any activity that occurs under your credentials. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at PH657 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion on your balance at any stage.

Deposits: PH657 supports Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. The Deposit page lists all currently available payment channels and any applicable minimum deposit amounts. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed on our end.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to you personally.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be refused and returned.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account in your name that matches the verified identity on your PH657 account. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are listed on the Deposit page. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.

PH657 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests to comply with security and anti-fraud procedures. We may request supplementary documentation for high-value or unusual transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

PH657 offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. General rules that apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

By placing a bet or spin on PH657, you accept the following general gameplay rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game itself:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PH657 is not liable for errors made by the player when placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the hand or round will be settled based on the system's last confirmed state. Where a game round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the player's balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH657 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the PH657 platform or its security systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the PH657 platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software – is the property of PH657 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from PH657.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PH657 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PH657 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform for maintenance or unexpected downtime.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decisions made by players based on information found on the platform.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree that you will not bring a class action claim against PH657.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your PH657 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided your account is in good standing and all applicable verification requirements are met.

PH657 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, PH657 may withhold any balance pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Upon account closure, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. All outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited at the time of closure.
